Roy is a technology executive and a business builder. He is motivated by turning ideas into products and businesses that solve real, tangible problems. Currently, Roy is the Head of Digital Patient Solutions at AstraZeneca. In this role, Roy is responsible for the development of a portfolio of products ranging from general health applications to digital therapeutics. This includes identifying growth opportunities, securing strategic partnerships, validating innovation initiatives, solution design and product development.
Prior to joining AstraZeneca, Roy was part of Boston Consulting Group’s Digital Health team, where his focus was digital therapeutics, SaMD, digital transformation and product build. In this capacity, Roy supported life science, biotech, and healthcare companies in establishing their digital health strategy. Today, Roy lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with his wife and 3 kids; they all strive to lead a lifestyle that will reduce the need of using the products he creates.
