Rick Bartels is President of Digital Therapeutics Commercialization Consultants, LLC (DTxCC) where he supports companies in designing commercialization and reimbursement strategies for Digital Therapeutics and Digital Health products.
Rick serves as a subject matter expert on digital therapeutics and digital health solutions for DTA (Digital Therapeutics Alliance), and multiple healthcare organizations including AMCP (Academy of Managed Care Pharmacy) and ACHP (Alliance of Community Health Plans).
Prior to starting DTxCC, Mr. Bartels enjoyed a 21-year career at AstraZeneca where he held numerous senior-level leadership roles with an ever-expanding scope of responsibility including Marketing Director, Market Research Manager, and New Products Planning Manager. Rick has also served as Senior Marketing Director at CSL Behring and Global Head of Sales and Marketing for RMS Medical products, a medical device manufacturer.
Rick holds a Bachelor's degree in marketing and an MBA from Russel Sage College. He has also served as Adjunct Professor at the University of Sciences in Philadelphia.
