Jason is a life science leader with more than twenty-five years of both corporate and non-profit leadership experience across research and development, project management, client services, business development, and manufacturing. He has led strategic initiatives determining the future direction for functions and organizations during times of transformative change. He has successfully driven organizational change through the development and introduction of new processes, services, tools, and methodologies. Jason is currently the Chief Operating Officer at the Global Alzheimer’s Platform (GAP) Foundation aimed at accelerating and optimizing clinical development for Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s patients and President and Founder at Pintail Solutions, a niche management advisory company. Prior to GAP, Jason led business development for a several key accounts at YourEncore, a life science and consumer product consulting company. Before that, Jason had global responsibilities for project management at Covance Central Laboratories. He was focused on improving the processes and capabilities of his organization to ensure consistent application of best practices for more than 200 pharmaceutical and biotech clients, leading a team of nearly 400 global partners. Prior to Covance, Jason spent thirteen years at Eli Lilly and Company, within Project Management, Product Research and Development (PR&D), and manufacturing. He has led Lilly’s Project Management Office and many drug development teams. While leading the Project Management Office, Jason led and deployed Critical Chain Project Management (CCPM) methodology across Lilly Research Laboratories (LRL), changing the tools, processes, and behaviors of thousands of employees.
Jason earned his BS, Chemical Engineering degree from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology.
