The existing logistics provider could not guarantee strict delivery times, posing significant financial risks. Therefore, the client approach us thanks to our reputation as having the capabilities to handle the intricate supply chain demands and ensure product integrity during transshipment
Solution: Our solution for managing shipments of APIs to a CDMO involved a dedicated network, operational expertise, and a container-agnostic closed loop shipping cycle. By leasing reusable temperature-controlled shippers, we ensured the CDMO received a regular supply of APIs according to schedule.
Our approach included redundant containers to minimize risk, and all containers were subject to inspection and quality control during transit. This solution reduced risk, ensured compliance, and efficiently managed costs.
