Our Story

For 20 years, Global Cold Chain Solutions (GCCS) have specialized in GMP/GDP temperature packaging and Phase Change Material (PCM) design, manufacturing and qualified temperature supply chain solutions. We have designed and qualified more than 400 different models’, sizes and temperature ranges of pallets and shippers. We are an approved supplier to over 100 major pharmaceutical and pharma logistic companies. We are proud to have delivered on time without exception or delay every COVID-19 vaccine shipping solution, including WHO and UNICEF shipments into developing countries.


Our unique modular manufacturing concept enables us to be the only company who can manufacture shippers from every known insulation material in customized sizes and temperatures at every site globally to provide a flexible, and cost-effective temperature-controlled packaging. We manufacture at every site our own developed Phase Change Materials (PCM), including solutions to replace the use of Dry Ice, thus contributing to reduced CO2 impact and safe transportation.


GCCS reputation for quality and performance is well documented by our customers references reporting no deviations from their customized solutions. GCCS designs and tests its own packaging solutions to extreme ambient temperature profiles for reliability and to reduce risks.. We have the largest packaging and environment testing laboratory in Asia-Pacific with five temperature chambers, compression testing, vibration and drop testing. Our testing facilities include calibration, phase change material, DSC testing.


Our specialty is customizing designs to meet exact client requirements in our continuous effort to provide optimized volumetric designs, contributing to reduced CO2 impact and airfreight charges at the same time.

Our global Reuse, Repurpose, Refurbishment, Recycle program supports our client’s sustainability strategies by ensuring that our packaging solutions are re-used as often as possible prior to recycling.
