Dana Edwards serves as Circuit Clinical’s Chief Operating Officer, where she is responsible for delivering the IRO’s mission of transforming the way patients find, choose and participate in clinical trials. Through her 20+ years of pharma industry experience, she brings a foundational knowledge of the participant journey and mastery in creating value at the intersection of clinical trials, technology, and healthcare.
Dana’s depth of clinical trial knowledge and drug development understanding is critical to the growth of Circuit. Before joining Circuit, Dana spent more than eight years at a leading global CRO. She held leadership roles in Clinical Technology Sales, Patient Recruitment and Retention, and Go-to-market Strategy.
Beyond this knowledge, Dana’s early career beginnings come from inside the Pharma industry at Bausch & Lomb and Sanofi. “Spending the first half of my career in new compound commercialization was an anchor for my current work in drug development. Both areas of my career journey focus on enabling pharmaceutical organizations to bring life-changing treatments to patients. Throughout my career, I’ve gained a great deal of understanding of the challenges in drug development. This understanding applies to my work and my desire to advance change so that treatments and clinical research work for those who need them most - the patients.”
